These services are delivered remotely, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients

Service Timeline: Upon signing a contract, a project timeline will be established and shared with the client. Most services, such as email campaigns and flow buildouts, are delivered within the first 60 days, aiming to achieve at least 30% of email revenue during this period.

Reporting: Clients will receive detailed monthly reports that summarize the performance of email and SMS campaigns, as well as any ongoing optimizations.

2. Refund Policy

Service Fees: If we do not meet the agreed-upon guarantee, we will provide you with a full refund. However, if the guarantee is met, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellation Before Commencement: If a client wishes to cancel the service before the project begins, a full refund may be issued, provided no work has started. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for client satisfaction. If you have concerns about the service provided, please contact us immediately to discuss potential resolutions.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

Digital Services: Given that our services are digital in nature, returns and exchanges do not apply. However, if a service deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon standards, Dahaus Digital will make necessary revisions as part of our commitment to client satisfaction.

4. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Retainers: Clients on a monthly retainer may cancel their services with a 30-day written notice. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.Custom Projects: For custom projects, cancellation terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Typically, a notice period is required, and work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed.
